This is an Expression of Interest for membership only.
It is for Curtin-enrolled students who want to:
- pay in-person or use Guild club vouchers,
- be contacted about upcoming events,
- want to be contacted to meet us in-person to finalise their membership,
- are still deciding on whether or not to become a member & wanting more info.

When you meet us to pay in person, remember that our membership fee is $5.50 or 1x Guild club voucher and must be paid at the stall at the time of completing this form to confirm membership.
